About Ted

E.B. ‘Ted’ Dittmer II earned his B.A. from Louisiana State University and his J.D. from LSU Law School where he was a member of the Law Review. Upon graduating, he served as law clerk to Justice Albert Tate of the Louisiana Supreme Court and later to Judge Wallace A. Edwards of the Louisiana First Circuit Court of Appeals. In 1977, he joined Talley Anthony and made partner in 1980 where he remains to be of counsel.

Mr. Dittmer currently represents clients in matters arising from contractual and various other business relationships. His practice includes real estate planning, wills and trusts, probate and related litigation of real estate succession matters. Mr. Dittmer also has experience in environmental matters and mass tort class actions.

He is a member of the Louisiana State Board of Ethics; the Louisiana State Bar Association, The Washington Parish and St. Tammany Parish Bar Associations, the Bogalusa Economic Development Corporation, and the Bogalusa Chamber of Commerce.
