About Craig

Craig J. Robichaux serves as Talley Anthony’s Managing Partner, only the third individual to hold this position in the firm’s 100+ year existence. In the 37 years since completing law school, Craig has litigated complex commercial and casualty cases to verdict in state and federal courts across Louisiana and the adjoining states. Currently, Craig’s practice has evolved to focus more in the Healthcare Law area, but he still represents diverse clients whose issues require a litigated solution.

Over the course of the COVID-19 shutdown, Craig obtained his LL.M from the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine I Caruso School of Law, ranked No. 1 by U.S. News and World Reports. Adding alternative dispute resolution experience has aided his litigation practice greatly. In addition, and in an effort to give back to a generally undeserved area in law, Craig is one of the founding partners of SELA Dispute Resolution where he focuses on Divorce Mediation and High Conflict Co-Parenting Education.

Craig is a former clerk for two justices on the Supreme Court of Louisiana. He is admitted to all of the Louisiana Courts of Appeal, the Supreme Court of Louisiana, the United States District Courts of Louisiana, the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. He was appointed a Special Assistant Attorney General for the State of Louisiana and a Special Prosecutor for the Louisiana Board of Chiropractic Examiners.

In 2021, Mr. Robichaux became a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, of which he is most proud.
