Harold P. Moore

Harold P. Moore joined the Talley Anthony team in January 2026. Harold practiced general liability, family, and healthcare law in private practice for many years and eventually graduated from Nursing School, becoming a Critical Care Registered Nurse and Bioethics advocate. Prior to joining Talley Anthony, Harold served as Compliance Counsel for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Louisiana’s and Peoples Health’s Medicare Advantage plans, specializing in Compliance with Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services regulations. Since joining Talley Anthony, his practice has expanded into general casualty defense and medical malpractice defense.
